6. Pricing Policy

The prices of the products listed in our online store are the final prices (including VAT 24%), determined by our company and are competitive with market prices. Our online store reserves the right to change prices without notice. Of course, the customer pays the amount indicated on his order and it does not matter if the price has changed by the delivery date.

7. Governing Law

All transactions you carry out through boardsodmadness.com are governed by International and European law that regulates issues related to electronic commerce (Directive 2000/31/EC, PD 131/2003) as well as by the Consumer Protection Law (N 2251/1994) which regulates issues related to distance sales.

8. Shipping

For your best service, boardsodmadness.com cooperates with SPEEDEX, Box Now and UPS to most of European countries. Your order is dispatched within three days except for products where availability is different (listed in the product details) and delivery takes 1-3 working days for domestic shipments and 7-10 days for shipments abroad. In case your order cannot be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) we will contact you. Finally, for some remote areas there may be an additional delay in delivery.
Cash on delivery is charged with an additional €2 with Speedex and €1 with Box Now. Cash on delivery isn't supported by UPS.

We inform you that boardsofmadness.com bears no responsibility for any additional charges to the buyer from late, lost or incorrectly routed orders while they were carried out in accordance with the provisions on its part and the instructions of the buyer. In any other case please contact us to consider the best way to resolve the matter.

9. Cancellation & Withdrawal of Product Purchase

The consumer can, using any means of communication, cancel an order that was placed by any means of communication, so that it is not executed, provided that it has not already been executed (orders that are in “Pending” or “Processing” stage or "Ongoing").

You have the right to return the products you purchased to us within 14 days from the date of receipt, without having to inform us of the reason for which you wish to return.

• Along with their packaging and accompanying documents, such as proof of purchase, warranty, etc.
• If the product comes with a gift, it should be returned with the product.
• Please ensure that they are well packed so that they are not damaged during transport. boardsofmadness.com is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during return transit.

In case of returning a product and not replacing it with another, the store will pay the amount of your order within 15 calendar days from the day of receipt, deducting the shipping costs paid by the store for sending the package. In this case, the user must, by means of his choice and at his own expense, return the products to the store, without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day he declared that he is withdrawing from the purchase.

We inform you that boardsofmadness.com bears no responsibility for any damages and wear of the products after their use and is under no circumstances obliged to replace them.

In the event that the products are returned damaged, incomplete or lost during the return, boardsofmadness.com has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally make a partial offset of his claim against the customer's requirement.

10. Return of Products or Replacement.

In the event of a real defect or a lack of agreed quality, the buyer is entitled alternatively without charge to a) repair of the product or b) its replacement or c) a reduction of the price proportional to the defect or d) withdrawal from the sale.

 

The consumer has the right to demand, free of charge, the correction or replacement of the product if:

• The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the one ordered or the wrong quantity or defective product or damaged packaging is delivered.

• Returned products must be in their packaging in the condition they were delivered to you.
• Along with their packaging and accompanying documents, such as proof of purchase, warranty, etc.

• Returns are made with the postal company that the store will indicate to customers and at the expense of the store.

You also have the option of changing the product within 15 working days of receiving it with any other product of your choice of the same value as the first or greater. In this case the consumer is charged with new shipping costs.

Products that are returned and do not meet the above terms and conditions for returning products will not be accepted and you will be charged with the shipping and return costs of the replaced product.

In case you received your order through BoxNow and wish to return it, please follow the instructions you received during the delivery communication to return it free of charge.

In case you received your order by some other method or you wish to send something to us, you can find the nearest box next to you and complete the shipment to us easily and quickly.

Bank account deposit
You can deposit the amount of your order to one of our bank accounts, depending on the bank that serves you. Please include your name and order number on the deposit as a reason. Your order will be shipped when the amount appears in one of our accounts below. Please note that if you deposit from a third party bank you should be charged the commission of both banks so that the full amount of your order is deposited into our account.
