Players split into two teams, with each player controlling two or more champions.

The goal of the game is to destroy the enemy nexus that is a portal in the enemy base.

The game takes 45 to 90 minutes depending on the map that can have two or three lanes.

Lanes are corridors connecting the two nexuses and are populated with towers and minions from both teams.

Towers are defense structures preventing enemy champions and minions from rushing into the nexus.

Minions are weak units that grow in strength as they increase in number. They always try to advance toward the enemy nexus and attack any enemy in their way.

Jungles are dangerous areas between lanes where champions can venture to defeat monsters to gain gold and buy powerful items.

The river is a central area where your champions can go fight the colossal outsider… or die trying!

A team of up to 3 survivors will fight against 1 Immortal Queen. The objective, setup, and rules are different between the two teams. The game starts with the Survivors’ turn first, followed by the Killers’ turn. Take turns until one side achieves victory.

Multiple players may survive the fight, but only one may claim the glory of purifying Sanctum.

Gameplay is brisk, with the possibility for overlapping turns. The four characters all have unique skill sets, and you’ll level up fast, giving you frequent opportunities to choose new skills. Every decision counts.

Though the game is competitive, the goal is to destroy the Demon Lord, not each other. So player interaction is a race rather than a fight: Who’s furthest along the board? Who will get to choose first when an equipment draft gets triggered? Who will gain the benefit of reaching the Demon Lord first? Who will get to that group of blue demons everyone wants? Who will unlock that achievement and claim the bonus?

On your turn, you choose one action:

1) Move: Advance along the path toward the Demon Lord, and engage some demon minions to fight later.
2) Fight: Fight all the demon minions you’ve engaged. If you kill any demons, upgrade Skills and acquire Items.
3) Rest: Equip some of the loot you’ve won, recharge the resources you use to fight, and buy potions with extra Items you don’t need.

The choices you’ll be balancing and weighing against each other as you go include:

– What demons should you fight? Demons come in three colors: Blue, red, and green. The color of the demon determines which of your character’s Skills you’ll be able to choose to upgrade if you win the fight. Plus, each Demon drops a specific piece of gear when you beat it. What kind of gear do you need — a chest plate? Footgear? A weapon? Finally, since killing demons requires you to roll dice to match the die face showing on the demon’s card, which demons can you kill based on your current gear and skill setup?

– Which Skills should you unlock? Each character has 9 skills. Which ones you choose to gain in a given game drastically changes how the character functions.

– What gear should you equip? Some gear helps you block damage. Some helps you modify dice rolls. The better the gear, the harder it is to equip.

– When should you Move, Fight, and Rest? You’ll want to Move and Fight as many times as possible between Rests, but wait too long to Rest and you may take more damage than you can afford. Rest too often, though, and you’ll fall behind the other players and miss out on some kills.

– Should you do what is most optimal for your character at any given moment, or should you sometimes put that aside in order to claim competitive achievements before other players can?

The final battle with the Demon Lord is tough. Even surviving can feel rewarding. But only the player with the most health at the end of the boss fight can truly claim the glory of his defeat!

Dice Throne is a game of intriguing dice, tactical card play, powerful heroes, and unique abilities.

It’s a fast-paced 2-6 player combat game (1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 2v2v2, or free-for-all). Select from a variety of heroes that play and feel completely distinct from one another. Attack opponents and activate abilities by rolling your hero’s unique set of five dice. Accumulate combat points and spend them on cards that have a large range of effects, such as granting permanent hero upgrades, applying status effects, and manipulating dice directly (yours, your teammate’s, or even your opponent’s).

Dice Throne: Season Two introduces a roster of eight new heroes and intriguing new matchups:

• gunslinger;
• samurai;
• tactician;
• huntress;
• cursed pirate;
• artificer;
• seraph;
• vampire lord.

On your turn in Toy Battle, you either draw two toy troops or place a troop on the board and apply its effect. When you place a troop, you can place it on an empty base, a base that you control, a base that the enemy controls with a lower-valued troop than the one you’re placing, or the enemy’s headquarters; however, in all cases you must place on a location that has a continuous path to your own headquarters through bases that you occupy, that is, that have your troop on top. If you occupy bases that form a continuous path around a region, you claim the medals within this region. (You don’t lose these medals if the enemy later occupies one of these bases.)

The game ends as soon as you occupy your opponent’s headquarters or win the required number of medals based on the current game board. If a player cannot draw or place a troop, the game ends, and whoever has the most medals wins.

When playing with The Kraken, the gameplay remains the same as Dead Men Tell No Tales, with the following exceptions: A new threat has emerged from the sea! In order to win the game, in addition to getting the treasure and your pirates off the ship, you must ALSO kill the Kraken. If the Kraken destroys the ship or pulls it underwater, you lose the game.
